I CrossFit because I have found it to be the best possible FITNESS program out there. After nearly four years of following CrossFit programming and methodology, I feel quite confident in saying that. The numbers and increased capacity prove that. I also CrossFit because of the community—we look out for each other…we genuinely care about each others’ health and livelihood. I also CrossFit because I have met some of the most wonderful people on the planet. Continuing to immerse myself in this type of culture can only make me a better CrossFitter, a better trainer, a better friend, a better man, and a better husband.
